Schedule: Standard event hours are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm however this may vary depending on client

Basic Purpose:

This position works with providers in their assigned territory to ensure effective and efficient execution of on-site wellness and immunization events by monitoring clinic performance and providing on-going training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors Health and Wellness events in their respective territory to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performs site visitations and supports the execution of wellness and immunization events 60% of their time
  • Conducts site visits to verify adherence to compliance, safety and other procedures
  • Makes recommendations for process improvements and training requirements.
  • Responsible for general oversight and execution at onsite wellness and immunization events in their respective geography.
  • Assist with communicating to scheduled event staff and arrange logistics of supplies
  • Promotes high performing teams and a culture of everyday excellence at on-site events and reports client concerns and ensure client satisfaction at each event
  • Provides on-going training of staff, including classroom reviews and remote webinars to ensure that the staff is knowledgeable of Health and Wellness protocols, proper clinical procedures, and the use of new equipment in the field.
  • Works with both the Health and Wellness and ExamOne staff members in their respective territories
  • Serve as the emergency contact for any issues that may arise at onsite wellness and immunization events, which may require 24/7 availability.  
  • Adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Supervision Exercised:  No direct supervision

Qualifications:

 

Education Preferred:           

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • RN, LPN, Phlebotomist, or similar is preferred•        

 

Work Experience:    

  • 3-5 years of medical industry and customer service experience (may be combined)
  • Experience performing Finger stick technique, including platform familiarity with both Cholestech LDX and CardioChek PA/PLUS
  • Preferred experience on training for onsite wellness and immunization services

Other:

  • General medical knowledge consistent with the ability to complete medical history interviews, including anatomy and physiology and medical terminology.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of phlebotomy and specimen processing procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness working at all levels internally and externally
  • Proven ability to delight customers in a way that will develop enduring relationships and customer retention
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and management to resolve client issues
  • Proficiency with personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to travel extensively in a defined regional geography some travel requiring an overnight stay.
  • The employee may on occasion be required to attend meetings or training sessions during the evening hours
  • Ability to speak effectively and present material to be understood by a diverse group of individuals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of computer applications (word processing, database and spreadsheet programs)
