Position Description:

 The Director of Application Development is responsible for all aspects of software application development supporting the Financial Systems suite of applications. This role will be responsible to work effectively across the Application Development Organizations as well as the PMO, Support, and Infrastructure organizations. Engaged in all aspects of the
software development lifecycle and seen as a key driver of roadmap planning. The role will require a close partnership with our outsourcing strategic partners to ensure seamless development of our internal applications.  The candidate will lead his/her organization to deliver consistent results within agreed project timelines, Staffing Levels and Budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads Application Development team Sets Direction for successful project
prioritization and delivery

Collaborates with strategic partners to deliver an excellent client experience in IT development

Collaborates with our Finance leaders to define application roadmapAddresses escalations within IT and Business

Collaborates and provides support direction/guidance to staff for problem resolution

Collaborates in resolution of complex development solutions

Drives continuous improvement within the Organization.

Work with innovative tools and technologies to optimize client support experiences.
