Purpose:

This role is responsible for facilitating the development of marketing collateral from creative brief through to approved file release for production of digital and or printed assets.  Project management duties include project tracking and status reports, communicating edits and direction to third party agencies, proofing, and system uploads as required.  This position also may assist with other general marketing, writing or communications projects as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Project management, tracking, and reporting of marketing collateral development activities

•Coordinates edits internally with Product Directors and facilitates proofing/review & approval sign-offs

•Communicates feedback and direction to third party vendors/agencies

•Works closely with Production Specialists to communicate job status and approval/release

•Ensures vendors complete file intake procedures for rounds and final asset uploads

•Ensures marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines

•Coordinates with Production Specialists to help ensure new agencies are on-boarded

•Maintains project status report/attends project status meetings with agencies

•Ensures adherence to project deadlines and communicates project status to Product Directors/Marketing Communications Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

•BA/BS in marketing, communications or a related field

Experience/Skill Set

•Three or more years of progressively expanding roles in marketing, communications or other related business discipline, health care industry preferred

•Excellent oral and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading

•Ability to evaluate and interpret creative briefs and assess work against them

•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex tasks/projects under pressure and meet deadlines

•Easily works with many different personality types

•Proven client relationship management skills

•Ability to prioritize with high emphasis on detail and quality

•Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office required, knowledge of other graphics programs and digital asset management systems a plus

•Advertising or promotional agency experience preferred

•Experience with production and trafficking a plus

•Experience working across a variety of media (print, digital, video, direct mail, etc.)
